This includes issues such as seam failures, delamination, or material defects (e.g., bubbles in the PVC). Our SUPs are rigorously tested to prevent such issues, ensuring reliability for beginners.

What’s Covered

• Defects in the paddleboard’s construction, such as faulty seams or material failures.
• Issues with included accessories (e.g., pump, paddle, or bag) due to manufacturing defects.
• Repairs or replacements for covered defects, with free return shipping for approved claims.

What’s Not Covered
