30-Day Return Window

You may return your HeyBoards paddleboard within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. This applies to all inflatable SUPs purchased directly from www.heyboards.com.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unused Condition: The paddleboard must not show signs of use, damage, or wear (e.g., no scratches, punctures, or bubble issues).
  • Original Packaging: Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Provide your order confirmation or receipt (Order ID required).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Submit a return request via our Contact Form. Include your Order ID, Country Code, and reason for return.
  2. Receive Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the paddleboard securely and ship it to the provided return address using a trackable carrier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  4. Refund Processing: Once received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method or process an exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your paddleboard arrives damaged or develops a defect (e.g., manufacturing issues like bubbles), we’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Form with photos and your Order ID.

2-Year Warranty

Every HeyBoards paddleboard comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring durability and peace of mind. Our triple-layer PVC construction is designed to prevent issues like bubbles or delamination. Contact us for warranty claims via our Contact Form.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged paddleboards (beyond manufacturing defects).
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly).
  • Accessories or promotional items not part of the original SUP package.
