Warranty Coverage

All HeyBoards products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to inflatable paddle boards, kayaks, dinghies, air docks, and other eligible products.

What's Covered

• Defects in the paddleboard's construction, such as faulty seams or material failures.
• Issues with included accessories (e.g., pump, paddle, or bag) due to manufacturing defects.
• Repairs or replacements for covered defects, with free return shipping for approved claims.

What's Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper storage (e.g., overinflation, exposure to extreme heat).
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or fading from regular use.
• Damage from accidents, punctures, or modifications to the paddleboard.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Warranty Period
