Warranty Coverage

HeyBoards offers a 2-year limited warranty on all inflatable paddleboards, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues such as seam failures, delamination, or material defects (e.g., bubbles in the PVC). Our SUPs are rigorously tested to prevent such issues, ensuring reliability for beginners.

For our other product lines, including inflatable kayaks, dinghies, air docks, and similar items, we provide a 1-year limited warranty, also covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. All HeyBoards products are crafted with high-quality materials and undergo strict testing to deliver durable and safe performance.

What’s Covered

• Defects in the paddleboard’s construction, such as faulty seams or material failures.
• Issues with included accessories (e.g., pump, paddle, or bag) due to manufacturing defects.

How to File a Warranty Claim

2. Review Process: Our team will evaluate your claim within 2-3 business days and issue a Warranty Claim Authorization (WCA) number if approved.
3. Return the Item: Ship the defective paddleboard or accessory to our Reno, NV facility using the provided prepaid shipping label. Package items securely to prevent further damage.
4. Resolution: Upon inspection (typically within 5 business days), we’ll provide a replacement, repair, or refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.

Warranty Period
